.Urban Mobility Control.

.EYSA On Street.

On-street parking is a key element in urban management, and at EYSA, we understand this. For nearly half a century, we have been working alongside cities to improve mobility, always striving for the best and most innovative use of available spaces.

Because of this, we are now leaders in the management of regulated surface parking contracts, with over 200,000 spaces across more than 90 cities.

We also provide vehicle immobilization, removal and impound services.

EYSA On Street also includes the optimized management of special spaces, loading and unloading zones, and resident parking management.

We develop applications for locating and obtaining tickets for parking spaces for people with reduced mobility (PMR) and urban freight distribution (DUM).

.EYSA Off Street.

At EYSA, we have extensive experience in the construction and operation of both public and private underground parking facilities. Currently, we manage over 160,000 spaces under the modalities of sale, subscriptions, and rotational management.

We also manage park-and-ride facilities, which encourage the use of public transport, prevent traffic congestion at metropolitan area entrances, and contribute to improving air quality by reducing excessive car use. All of this is done transparently for travelers, with the service integrated into transport tickets and passes.

All our facilities are equipped with the latest technology, such as license plate reading, guidance with free space sensors, incident alerts, and real-time data analysis, with the possibility of implementing dynamic pricing.

Since 2022, we have been managing the 250 parking facilities of the 32 AENA airports.

.Enforcement.

Comprehensive service, from the detection of the violation to the enforcement and collection of the fine by the competent administration.

Our own ITS (speed cameras, radars, cameras) equipment and vehicles detect violations in any environment: urban or interurban.

In addition to speeding violations, our road safety solutions include detecting stop sign violations or lane changes over continuous lines.

.Access Control and Urban Traffic.

EYSA has been connected to Low Emission Zones since their inception, with Madrid’s Central Almond and the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona.

Since then, we have continued to be the undisputed reference, achieving important milestones such as the access control of Madrid’s M-30 or major cities like Valencia, Seville, or Bilbao.

Regarding urban traffic control, our solutions enable the implementation of mobility strategies based on traffic conditions or air quality, and provide immediate responses in case of unforeseen events such as unusual traffic peaks, accidents, or adverse weather conditions.
